You will be responsible for managing the entire development lifecycle, from understanding complex business needs to delivering seamless user interfaces and optimized software solutions.

Key Responsibilities- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to analyze and interpret detailed business requirements within a complex financial system.
- Design, develop, and enhance web-based applications using ColdFusion, ensuring high accessibility and performance standards.
- Modify existing software components, templates, and interfaces to improve functionality, address errors, or adapt to new hardware environments.
- Lead or participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and application specifications.
- Conduct thorough unit testing and debugging of developed features to guarantee quality and reliability.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of technical solutions and development activities for future reference and continuous improvement.
- Stay current with industry trends and incorporate best practices into application design and development.

Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, with 5+ years of relevant experience or equivalent expertise.
- Proven proficiency in ColdFusion development, with substantial experience designing and maintaining large-scale applications.
- Strong understanding of accessible web design principles and front-end technologies, particularly JavaScript frameworks like jQuery.
- Hands-on experience with version control tools such as Git and SourceTree.
- Solid knowledge of relational databases and SQL for data manipulation and retrieval.

Preferred Skills And Experience- Experience working with Linux/Unix environments.
- Familiarity with Jira for project management and issue tracking.
- Knowledge of RESTful API architecture for seamless integration.
- Experience with MS SQL Server.
- Understanding of SAML authentication protocols.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or in the future.

Publishing Pay Range: $50.00 – $55.00 USD Hourly
