REQ#: RQ34599 Seeking a ColdFusion Software Developer to join our team supporting some of the largest law enforcement agencies in the country with their intelligence endeavo​rs. You will be working independently, but under the supervision of a Senior Software Developer, to help enhance a software application in use since 2001. Strong self-management skills, good communication and problem solving skills are required. You may have direct contact with the customers and must be to handle a full range of duties from gathering/refining requirements through developing, testing, and deploying the resultant code. Must be able to multi-task and manage deadlines, work independently, effectively, and efficiently. Contract requires US Citizenship. Must pass a Law Enforcement background check. BS or equivalent and 7+ yrs related experience, or MS and 5+ yrs related experience. Specific technical skill needed are:◾5+ years developing Object-Oriented ColdFusion web applications with use of CFC's and understanding of ColdFusion best practices including setup, configuration and hardening. ◾5+ years with front-end web development (JavaScript, JQuery, AJAX) ◾5+ years MS SQL development experience with queries, stored procedures, triggers, tuning and database design, etc. ◾Strong understanding of HTML/CSS and caveats of front-end development. ◾Comfortable using source control such as SVN. ◾Comfortable with SQL Server replication techniques. ◾Proficient with other web technologies, including .Net, C#, Angular, Bootstrap, Node. JS, ExtJS, etc. ◾Have ambition and passion for software development. ◾Quick learners who may not have a full range of experience with all the noted technologies, but who are open to researching, identifying the best solution, and implementing it.
